Mary Ryan- Cosmetology Educator
Mary is a Minnesota native. She grew up with the word Aveda in her everyday vocabulary. She was drawn to San Francisco in pursuit of a more artistic and liberal setting. Creating beauty in hair is both technical and artistic. Understanding how to balance ideas and connect with the guest is Mary's favorite part of the industry.
As an educator, Mary looks to provide as much information about both sides of the industry. She strives to ensure students receive a well-rounded education that will prepare them to attain their goals. She loves to get the students excited and involved in local photo shoots and fashion shows, incorporating her knowledge and love of fashion and design.
